Amazon Launched an Exclusive Line of Ceramic Dinnerware
A beautiful kitchen table spread is just a one-click purchase away.
If you’ve been looking for a way to brighten up your kitchen this season (or reward yourself after finishing your spring cleaning list), look no further than Dorotea, a pastel ceramic dinnerware line from Amazon. Dorotea is a beautiful collection of dinner and salad plates, bowls, mugs and serving dishes covered in a floral pattern in light hues of blue, pink, yellow, orange and green.

Carolina Silva, the Seattle-based ceramics artist who designed the line, was inspired by the whimsy and wildness of nature and aimed to deliver that spirit into the dinnerware through irregular patterns and coloring. Each piece from Dorotea’s Amazon collection is hand-finished for a more artisanal feel, resulting in slight variations in color or glaze.
While the design is playful and dainty, the durability of this line is for real. Made of high-quality stoneware and glaze, the collection has the weight and strength to withstand ware and tear. But, the absolute best part of these ceramics is that they are microwave and dishwasher safe, so they’re as practical for everyday life as they are beautiful for special events.

With a slightly higher than average price tag, the line ranges from $45 for each of the serving dishes to $60 for a 4-set of dinner plates or large bowls, these pieces are perfect for a housewarming, Mother’s Day or wedding shower gift. But if you just want to treat yourself, we completely understand.
