Whenever I try to make blueberry muffins, the blueberries settle at the bottom of the muffin. Reserve 1 or 2 tablespoons of the flour in the recipe and gently toss the berries in it. Also, if you’re using frozen fruit, pat the blueberries dry (do not thaw) before tossing with flour. Carefully fold in the berries and bake as usual.
