Listen, we’re no strangers to how amazing Chick-fil-A is. Between the stellar chicken sandwiches, sweet tea and everything on the secret menu, there’s a little something for everyone. We’re so into Chick-fil-A that we’ve even got a copycat recipe for that signature Chick-fil-A sauce. We’re not messing around here.

But what if I said you could have everything you love about Chick-fil-A combined with a whole ‘lotta tropical? Yes, a Hawaiian Chick-fil-A exists, and it’s called Truett’s Luau.

What Is Truett’s Luau?

Truett’s Luau is an official Chick-fil-A restaurant filled to the brim with Hawaiian-inspired dishes and decor. They’ve got a lovely outdoor seating area, fountains, a wall of ukuleles and more plants than you could shake a stick at. Bet you didn’t see that culture combo coming, did you? Either way, we’re absolutely thrilled that it exists. And you should be, too!

What’s on the Menu at Truett’s Luau?

There’s a lot to look forward to on this menu. For appetizers, grab a plate of Hawaiian Pork Nachos or Crispy Calamari. For main dishes, they’ve got Mahi Mahi, Teri Chicken and Mainland Steak. And don’t worry—they’ve still got Chick-fil-A’s signature nuggets. For sandwiches, you can grab an ‘Awapuhi BBQ Chicken sandwich and a Kalua BBQ Pork sandwich. You can even get udon noodles, sweet potato fries and pineapple fried rice as sides. Yum, yum!

There were a couple menu items that really caught my eye. The l’a Makana Fish Tacos and Pineapple Chicken Tacos totally called to me. The latter comes tossed in a signature spicy sauce and colorful slaw. Add a side of Hula Chicken Noodle soup and Tropical Nuggets, and I might have the perfect meal. Well, after I’ve had the King’s Hawaiian Bread Pudding, of course.

And let’s not forget about the drinks. Their specialties include Cran Lime Lemonade, Bubble Tea, Peach Tea and Herbal Tea. But, the drink I can’t wait to try is the Frosted Pineapple. A smooth, frozen drink that tastes akin to a pina colada. Yes, please.

Where Is Truett’s Luau?

You can travel to Truett’s Luau in Fayetteville, Georgia, about 40 minutes south of Atlanta. Right now, it doesn’t seem like other Truett’s Luaus will open any time soon, but we can dream. I’ll be waiting up here in the Midwest, Chick-fil-A!
