Dairy Queen’s Secret Menu Has a “Butterbeer Blizzard”—and It Will Knock You Off Your Broom

The Dairy Queen secret menu is absolutely magical.

If there’s one thing that makes summer and every other season better, it’s the existence of DQ Blizzards. We’re sure we’re not alone in saying that we’d grab a Blizzard no matter the temperature outside. After all, there’s a reason their Pumpkin Pie Blizzards are so popular!

Speaking of pumpkin…it’s September, and we’re definitely thinking of all things Hogwarts, including pumpkin juice and of course, Butterbeer. And as it turns out, there’s a way to combine our love of Harry Potter with our love of Blizzards.

This butterscotch delight isn’t on the official DQ menu—it’s part of the Dairy Queen secret menu, which means you have to place a carefully customized order to get it. Luckily, TikTok user @dairyqueenking made a handy how-to video.

First, order a vanilla ice cream Blizzard in your preferred size. Then ask for butterscotch syrup, vanilla syrup and Butterfinger crumbles. Don’t forget to add lots of whipped topping!

This combination sounds positively magical, and we can’t wait to try it. The best part? You don’t have to make a trip to The Three Broomsticks!

If You Love Harry Potter…

The Dairy Queen secret menu isn’t the only place where you can get Harry Potter-themed delights. You can order a Polyjuice Potion Frappuccino and even Luna Lovegood and Draco Malfoy Refreshers from the secret menu at Starbucks.

Maybe you can sip on a beverage while watching the much awaited live-action Harry Potter TV show!
