We love @TheBakerMama and her snack boards!
We’re in love with snack boards. When created properly (it’s easier than you’d think), these plated snacks look almost too perfect to eat. To shake up your usual assortment of chips and dip for this year’s Super Bowl party, look no further than @TheBakerMama and her football creation.
Why We LOVE This Snack Board
@TheBakerMama, aka Maegan Brown, shares her scrumptious cheese and snack board creations on Instagram. She’s also the author of the cookbook Beautiful Boards, which is a whole book dedicated to building your own creations at home. Just in time for the Super Bowl, Maegan created a truly epic snack board featuring assorted vegetables, dried and fresh fruit, pretzels, nuts and homemade dips.

How to Create Your Own
Huddle up! Take a closer look at the ingredients that Maegan used on her masterpiece so you can easily create your own trophy-worthy platter for game day:
- Football: Arrange football-colored snacks such as pretzels (bonus points if they are football shaped), almonds, sesame sticks, dried figs and crackers to form a perfect football. To create laces, layer strips of dried coconut like Maegan did or rip off pieces of string cheese.
- Field: Go crazy with all of your favorite fruits and vegetables or draw inspiration from Maegan’s choices of green pepper, pickles, grapes, olives, snap peas, Persian cucumbers, edamame, asparagus and broccoli.
- Dips: It’s not clear from the photo what yummy dips Maegan made, but we’d recommend a fresh pesto and green goddess dressing to round out the board.
Maegan says in her Instagram post that this is “such a great board to let everyone snack on during the big game.” We couldn’t agree more!
