Snack Pack Pudding Will Have a “Magical Unicorn” Flavor
The Snack Pack unicorn pudding is "made with star dust." Whatever that means, we're on board!
Snack Pack puddings were a staple at many of our childhood lunch tables. (How many of these foods did you eat in school?) This is one flavor we never got to enjoy in our youth, but it’s here for the children of today! Snack Pack unicorn pudding is officially a thing—and it goes to show the unicorn trend isn’t going away anytime soon.
Unicorn Magic pudding made its debut at the 2018 Sweets & Snacks Expo, according to popular Instagram accounts @JunkFoodMom and @TheJunkFoodAisle. There’s no word yet on when Snack Pack will bring the flavor to grocery stores, but it’s safe to say it’ll be super popular when they do. Based on the images posted on Instagram, it looks like Snack Pack has the unicorn branding down—perfect to appeal to nostalgic adults and curious kiddos.
Here’s Everything We Know
The photos don’t reveal what the Unicorn Magic puddings will actually taste like. There’s no flavor listed on the packaging, at least not in the photos shared on Instagram. Here’s what the packaging does promise:
- Tastes like joy
- Made with star dust
- Made with fairy dust and princess kisses
- Includes unicorn tattoos
Based on the photos, it looks like Unicorn Magic may be vanilla-flavored pudding with added color, though it’s possible each pastel swirl has a distinct flavor. With “Star Dust” as the main ingredient, the potential is endless! For what it’s worth, the Unicorn Magic ice cream at Target is “pink fruity ice cream with a sour blue raspberry swirl, frosting swirl and glitter candy bits.” Starbucks also released a Unicorn Frappuccino that tasted like a mango Creamsicle.
The package features the hashtag #YasssUnicorn, so we’ll be following along there until the product’s launch. For now, a Unicorn Cake will have to do!
