It’s been a weird year for family vacations. Right now, embarking on an adventure away from home isn’t likely. But plenty of families are staying put and finding ways to make summer fun without traveling.

Here’s an outrageous dinner idea that’s as fun at home as it is on vacation. TikTok has shown us how to make “nacho tables,” which are tasty and tons of fun! Keep reading to find out how you can make one for yourself.

What Is a Nacho Table?

It isn’t an edible table made of corn chips that you can dunk in cheese, but it’s probably the next best thing. The whole idea is to cover the surface of the table with nachos, complete with all the fixings. Here’s a look at a nacho table created by TikTok user @stefherder:

Seriously, how could you not love this? We think that a table full of nachos looks super delicious, it’s super doable and it’s absolutely worth trying next weekend! Just make sure that you’re sharing with people who are healthy and preferably, live in the same house.

How to Make a Nacho Table at Home

The really great thing about making a nacho table is that you have tons of creative control; the only thing that’s gotta be there is that layer of tinfoil! Start by covering the table completely with foil. Then, whatever you like on your nachos is what you can cover the foil with; the TikTok’ers in the video were using tortilla chips, ground beef, peppers, onions, cheese and other fixings.

If you’re not a ground beef fan, you could also use chicken, pulled pork or even brats.  Then add classic nacho toppings, like cheese, sour cream and jalapeños—or test out some brand-new nacho toppings .

The main thing is to make sure you have enough for everyone around the table!
