ABC Muffins

The ABC stands for Applesauce, Bran and Cinnamon. These moist bran muffins are an absolute favorite at our house. In fact, my husband asks for them instead of birthday cake. —Susan Smith, Newark, Ohio

I made these for Christmas brunch and they were great. I added raisns to half the batch and made them up in mini muffin pans. They made 48.

sounds good, but I'd call them cupcakes with wheat germ. It isn't really a muffin.
