Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, oil, cinnamon, salt and pepper; add potatoes and toss to coat. Transfer to greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until potatoes are tender, 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
