Air-Fryer Salmon with Maple-Dijon Glaze

Being landlocked in the Midwest, my kids always thought they disliked fish. This air-fryer salmon dish definitely changed their minds! I cook it on the grill a lot in the summer months, but found that it is just as tasty and more convenient in the air fryer, especially on those busy days! —Jill Fisher, Portland, Indiana
