Apple-Gouda Pigs in a Blanket

For New Year’s, I used to make beef and cheddar pigs in a blanket, but now I like apple and Gouda for an even better flavor celebration. —Megan Weiss, Menomonie, Wisconsin

Made these today for our annual Christmas open house gathering. These were very easy to make and a smash hit. Ages 3 to 90 loved them. Couldn't make then fast enough. While not perfectly made as pictured this has a nice change of the standing pigs in a blanket. Thank you!
