Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Spring mix salad greens
  • Assorted fresh fruit

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the first eight ingredients. Drizzle over greens and fruit.
