Apple Pear Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium ripe pear, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Divide between two greased 8-oz. ramekins.
  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar and pie spice; stir in oats and pecans. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  • Bake at 375° for 18-22 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.
