I served this at a ladies breakfast today and it was delicious. I used homemade applesauce, and vanilla yogurt. I omitted the nutmeg because a number of ladies dislike it. We served the parfaits in clear glasses and it was an attractive addition to our table. It was easy to put together and there were no leftovers!!!!

This makes a nice breakfast parfait. The yogurt and applesauce go nicely together, and I love the granola and raisins.

I use honey flavored Greek Yogurt. It's very easy to add whatever fresh, frozen or even canned fruit I've got on hand. Delicious.

This was quick, easy and delicious. I used unsweetened applesauce with a little agave syrup to make it even more diabetic friendly.
