Applesauce Cinnamon Bread
This whole wheat apple cinnamon bread recipe contains quite a bit of applesauce, which provides natural sweetness so you use less sugar. As a bonus, it also allows for a minimal amount of oil to be used. —Sherry Craw, Mattoon, Illinois

Very bland. My kids ate some of it, but had to put butter on it. Probably will not make it again.
A really great fall bread! I actually used 2 cups of wheat flour and it still came out amazing.

very tasty. Next time i will add a bit more cinnamon just to give it an extra punch of flavour. will definitely be making this again.
This is a great bread. A cross between a bread & a cake. I'm a recipe follower the first try and would not change anything. I covered the bread with plastic wrap and the top got mushy after a few days. Does anyone have a tip for storing this bread?
This was very tasty and had good flavor. The applesauce made it moist.

Excellent taste and texture. I will be placing this recipe in my favorite's recipe collection.
I didn't love this recipe. Not too fond of the nutmeg, I'd say- not expecting that flavor in a cinnamon bread. Not too sure about the brown sugar in the topping, either.
