  • 1/2 ounce apple brandy
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 2 ounces unsweetened apple juice, chilled
  • 2 ounces champagne or other sparkling wine, chilled


  • Place the brandy, sugar and mint in a champagne flute or wine glass; gently crush mint with a small spoon. Add apple juice and champagne.
