I used this recipe and I have to say, It IS AMAZING. All the flavors come together on your palette and do a happy dance in your mouth. This is now our favorite method for cooking corn on the cob. Delish.
The corn was good and the bacon added some smokiness, but after 25 minutes on the grill, the bacon wasn't even close to cooked. We ended up throwing it out and just eating the corn as it was. Like I said, good, but not the great idea I had been hoping for.
We love corn in the cob in my family & we are now in love with this recioe. Bacon makes everything better! Lol! Definitely making again! The bacon gave it such a great added flavor.
It was good, but really didn't think the bacon added to the flavor of the corn.

Good corn, although I'm not convinced the bacon really added that much flavor. Still a great way to cook corn.
We are HUGE bacon fans in my house, so we try to put bacon on everything. This is great but like others, it is hard to get the bacon as crispy as we like it. We have found using the least fatty bacon and microwaving it for a few minutes before putting on the corn works the best for us.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who had trouble getting the bacon to be crisp. I will try jackofalltrades suggestion of microwaving the bacon before wrapping around the corn. Otherwise, super easy to make, and really, really yummy.
