Baked Blueberry Pancake

Yum! Super quick and easy. The only change I made was using 1/2 milk, 1/2 buttermilk. I also used a 9x13 pan...400 degrees 18 min. This would be delicious with apple or strawberry too.
I used almond milk and egg substitute in the recipe. I baked for 15 minutes but it never turned golden brown. However it tasted great. MY husband didn't like it as well as regular pancakes so more for me. I can freeze the leftovers.

My family devoured these! I added more blueberries and some vanilla but otherwise followed the recipe. I also used a 9x13 pan since I had it on hand. Next time, I will make 2 pans!
Quick and easy. We liked the fact that it wasn't too sweet.
This didn't taste bad, but we didn't enjoy it very much either. It was easy - I will give it that. I just didn't think it had a lot of taste.

I don't have a pan that size, so I used a 9x13 pan. I had to inrease the cooking time by a few minutes, but it was absolutely delicious. Thank you.
