Baked Chili-Lime Corn

Good for a quick season and forget about it recipe. We usually grill our corn but this is a decent indoor alternative.
I always put a tablespoon of sugar in the water I boil the corn it. Makes it taste so very much better, especially at the end of season when the corn isn't as sweet.
The lime was a little over-powering
I'd never heard of baking corn on the cob! Turned out great! Had nice flavor and the corn was still nice and crisp!
