  • 1 package (22 ounces) frozen fully cooked angus beef meatballs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • Thinly sliced jalapeno pepper, optional


  • Prepare meatballs according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine barbecue sauce and beer; heat through. Add meatballs; stir to coat. If desired, top with jalapenos to serve.

    Wow, super easy and delicious! I made these meatballs for New Year's Eve and everyone loved them. I used my slow cooker and increased the amount of meatballs, so added more barbecue sauce and beer. I also put them in the slow cooker frozen and heated everything for a couple of hours. Served diced jalapeno on the side. Such a simple and yummy appetizer. Will definitely keep this recipe handy!
