Batter Up! Cupcakes

These three-ingredient treats are amazingly easy, so you'll hit dessert out of the park and whip up a batch. They're a perfect last-minute party treat. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Milwaukee, Wisconsin


  • 1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
  • Cupcakes of your choice
  • Red shoestring licorice


  • Frost cupcakes. Use a toothpick to draw two curves on cupcake.
  • Each cupcake will need two 2-1/2-inch licorice pieces and 18-22 3/8-inch pieces.
  • Using the curves as a guide, form baseball "seams" by placing 2-1/2-inch licorice pieces on top of marked curves. Then add 3/8-inch pieces to form stitches.
