Berry Vinaigrette

This dressing is wonderful on tossed fresh salad greens and your favorite salad ingredients. Because the raspberry flavor comes from jam, this versatile vinaigrette is convenient to make year-round. -Barbara McCalley. Allison Park, Pennsylvania

Make this quite often not too sweet and with a seedless jam no complaints from the young set about seeds. Excellent with other vinegars as well; our favorite with this recipe is pomegranate vinegar.

This was not as sweet as most berry vinaigrettes I've tried, plus a tad too salty. It tasted much like a plain vinaigrette. But if you like your berry vinaigrettes not too sweet, then try this one.
