Blue Cheese Dressing

My husband loves this dressing. After making it a few times he said he loves it but would like a thicker dressing so I left out the cider vinegar. He says it is even better without the cider vinegar.
Very good, but next time I'll leave out the sugar. Perfect before the sugar was added.
I'm sorry, but I thought this was terrible! It was much too sweet, not tangy! I was so disappointed! I added more blue cheese, more garlic, onion, mustard....which helped a little, but not nearly enough! This is nothing like a restaurant blue cheese and even store bought tasted better which is not saying a lot because I won't eat bottled either except for the refrigerated kind which is really expensive....
This is the only blue cheese dressing I will eat. No bottled dressing vomes close!!
This is an excellent dressing recipe. I needed a blue cheese dressing to make wedge salads, and this was it.
This makes SOOOO much dressing. It is very good, but it is too much for what I need. There is one other recipe that I have found that I like just a tad bit better and the amount is perfect. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!!!

I do not buy store-bought dressings because they are loaded with sugar and preservatives. I have always loved blue cheese dressing but have had a hard time finding one I really enjoyed that wasn't loaded with all the bad stuff. So I tried this recipe and was very impressed. I substituted a natural non-sugar sweetener for the sugar and it was fantastic. Even my husband, who normally doesn't like blue cheese dressing, thought it was great. I plan to make this one regularly. Yum!
I used greek yogurt in place of s.c. is very easy, i did add bit more yogurt and vinegar. It is quite tasty.
