Bratwurst Potato Skillet for Two
My husband's grandmother came from Germany, so I was inspired to keep the German cooking traditions going in our family. This skillet dinner is one of the dishes she made. —Lucy Bradshaw

I will make again... and by the way Lucy, we also live in NEW BERN, NC ??
Made this recipe many years ago. So glad we fund it again. We prefer smoked sausage instead of the bratwurst in this one. Always have to double it, and there's never any leftovers!
Next time I will brown the potatoes longer. It came out very tasty.
This was okay -- the flavor was something different with the soy sauce and orange juice. We liked it all right, but I don't think I'd make it again.
Yum! Excellent recipe for two people. I used worky sauce instead of the soy, though.
It is quick and easy. My husband loved it. I will make one change mushrooms instead of the green pepper
I ate 1 serving but through the rest away. I did not care for the soy mixture. I have never had a problem with soy in recipes in the past.
To Brittnie. How about a green salad and green beans with this meal? When in doubt this is what I fix. FancyBetty
what kind of side dishes would go with his?
This is really good and quick recipe. My son and I love Bratwurst.
