I created an account just to leave a review for this amazing recipe! This roll is absolutely delicious and so cheap and easy to make. I found that it tasted best after sitting in the fridge overnight. The meringue loses its chewy texture and the cream and mandarin infuse beautifully. It's very light tasting and very hard to stop at one slice. I will make again and again and am looking forward to experimenting with different flavor combinations. Next I am going to try making a coffee version!
So delicious! Light and fluffy. I love the combination of hazelnut and manderine oranges and the chocolate. Of course!
