Buttermilk Ice Cream Shake

  • 3 cups chilled buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup cold lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • Dash ginger


  • Combine all ingredients; blend or shake well. Serve with ginger.
