Caramelized Pork Slices

This easy treatment for pork caught my eye when I saw the word "caramelized." The slightly sweet glaze is yummy. I like to serve this over noodles or rice...or with mashed potatoes. —Elisa Lochridge, Beaverton, Oregon.

Made this for my mom's birthday. She loved it. It turned out great. Love the sauce!!! As suggested by others I doubled the sauce. but next time will double sauce and the set aside half for serving. More sauce inhibited caramelization of the meat until I reserved half of it. Will definitely be making this again.

Amazing! Definitely adding this to the rotation. My tenderloin was 1.5 pounds, so I browned the slices in 2 batches and tripled the sauce. Used the ingredients exactly as written. I was afraid it might be too sweet but it was perfect. Super juicy meat, even when reheated the next day. Super simple, quick, and guest-worthy all at the same time.

Fantastic! The glaze is so simple but I will make more of it next time I make this (it's so good you'll want extra)! I used pork chops but will likely try it on chicken as well.
