So Meredith, apparently you’re a steak seasoning genius. A legend in your own mind. Sad. The recipe was just fine with Montreal steak seasoning. Recommended.
Could be better with different seasoning than the Montreal steak.

This is the perfect mix of salty and sweet goodness... My entire family loved it! I love that it only used a few ingredients. It was a bit of a challenge to get the brown sugar mixture to adhere, but that was the only issue. It still turned out great!
Very good! I kept a 3 to 4 pound pork roast whole, sprinkled the spice mixture over the top, and baked it in the oven.
I made this for Christmas Eve, and my family loved it! It has just the right amount of spice. Will be making this again.
made this for Easter, everyone loved it. I doubled if not more the "rub" and let it all marinade for around 5 hours.
This was excellent and oh so easy! I did what someone else suggested, and just sprinkled and then patted the mix onto the pork. And when I flipped them, did the same thing. I only have one question, what sauce were you marinating these in, meaganteal?
We loved this!! So glad we made it. We actually marinated the pork in the sauce all day, then smoked it on the smoker. I also made the Rice with Summer Squash for TOH. My hubby hates rice and he loved that as well. Served with mashed potatoes and warm garlic bread. So good!!
