This worked perfectly for me - tastes absolutely WONDERFUL! My husband loves it, too. Next time, I think I would make it into 2 loaves because it is a big loaf.
Divided into four portions, twisted two portions together lengthwise and placed in parchment lined loaf pans. Turned loaves around halfway through baking. Took temperature of the bread to ensure it was at least 190F.
