Very delicious and easy to make! My 5yr old son who is a picky eater even enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing.
Added one large sweet potato, coconut cream (one can) one teaspoon of cayenne pepper and two tbsps of curry powder, and I left out the lemon. Salt and pepper to taste.
This dish offended me. we should not cook gingers.. :(
