It rose around the crust, because I didn't dock it with a fork and I cooked it on a sheet pan, increased the time to 35 minutes. It over flowed a bit but didn't burn. Liked that top crust I punctured holes in it then added more sauce parmesan, and pepperoni an cheese. coated the rim of crust with some olive oil. Adventurous because my kitchen got to hop while waiting for dough to heat up and rise, so used the cookie sheet,
