Cauliflower Pizza Crust

I made this pizza crust hoping it would hold up to pizza toppings, but it didn't. I've tried this type of recipe before, and I realized that the parchment needs to be greased, so I did that, but it still stuck. I wonder if placing the parchment directly on the oven rack would make it bake better on the bottom, or if I could peel off the paper and flip it over and bake it upside down a few minutes at the end... I'm not giving up yet, and if I figure it out, I'll add another rating and a note later.
I need to make this, it sounds Yummy ! ??
