Cheddar-Ham Oven Omelet

Ingredients

  • 16 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 6 green onions, chopped

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, ham and onions. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
