Cheesy Quesadillas

We serve these quesadillas as chili dippers or load them up with salsa and sour cream for a super starter. —Terri Keeney, Greeley, Colorado

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Directions

  • Place the tortillas on a greased baking sheet. Combine the cheese and salsa; spread over half of each tortilla. Fold over.
  • Broil 4 in. from the heat for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut into wedges.

    I always wanted to make quesadillas and I searched on the internet they all did not turn out how I wanted it to be. But I found this website and made the best quesadillas that I have ever tasted! So cheesy ! I look forward to cook more recipes from this website!

    This was awesome! For one serving, I used 1/3 cup Weight Watchers Mexican cheese, 2 tbsp salsa & added about 1/8 tsp cumin & chili powder. I didn't broil, but cooked it on the stove top till nice & crispy. I also served with more salsa on the side. Delicious!!
