This was so good! I added some garlic and Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning to give it a little more spice. It was yummy!
this came out sooo goooood!!! I didn't have cream cheese so I subbed Mexican Crema which was pretty thick. This was my priest time making enchiladas so I took it as an experiment but my family is now obsessed!
My family really liked this recipe. It was simple, but delicious. The salsa you use will determine the level of spice. The seafood was a delicious change of pace in an enchilada and I liked the creamy green sauce as opposed to the usual red sauce.
My husband LOVES these. Have to make them over and over again.
