Cheesy Texas Toast

My husband and I love garlic bread, but it's such a waste for just the two of us, so I came up with this cheesy Texas toast recipe. You can prepare it in a few minutes, and it's tasty, too! —LaDonna Reed, Ponca City, Oklahoma

This was good! I didn't measure the garlic, just sprinkled on and it could have definitely used more! I love the Texas Toast brand garlic bread and was hoping for a product similar to that, but I think it would need more butter and garlic to achieve that result. Will definitely do some tweaking to get the perfect end result. Otherwise, this is a fantastic replica that just needs adjusted to each individual's personal preferences!
