Chicken Parmesan Burgers

GREAT recipe! I made these with ground turkey and both my husband and I LOVED them! I'm sure they would be great with any ground meat. We plan on using this recipe for meatball sandwiches on hoagie rolls along with a side salad with Italian dressing. Delicious!
Really tasty chicken burger. Sautéed onions, cheese and marinara keep the chicken really moist.
These were quite good. I made a half-recipe using ground turkey. I omitted the Parmesan, subbed various other herbs for the Italian seasoning, and added dried minced onion and chopped garlic to the burger mixture without pre-cooking. More basil next time; we could barely taste it on the burgers.
These are a crowd pleaser! My favorite thing was that they were moist and held together really well, because sometimes chicken/turkey burgers don't.
These are wonderful! Because of my chicken allergies, I substituted ground turkey and it was a huge hit! We've had these several time now and they are a great addition to our preferred recipes.
These were totally awesome and so easy. I made them for my whole family when we went to our cabin. I doubled up the recipe and it made 12 patties. Everyone loved them. This was only my second time using ground chicken and I am impressed every time. I really love burgers so its awesome to have a different option besides beef. Very flavorful will definitely make these again.
Tasty summer alternative. We cooked ours on the grill.
