Chicken & Wild Rice Strudels

This was very good, a unique dinner idea that was easy to make. Not a fan of Swiss so I substituted mozzarella cheese and had roasted carrots on the side. We thought it would be even better with a cream of mushroom sauce on the side, so it's not as dry.
donna - this isn't a recipe for a complete meal, it's a recipe for chicken and wild rice strudel. Use your imagination and serve with any side you like. Baby greens, steamed asparagus, or tomato cucumber salad are just a few suggestions.
wHAT else do you serve with this? Surely this isn't all there is to the meal?
Quick and easy to do. I used colby cheese instead of swiss because one member doesn't like swiss. This was the only change I made.
So yummy! I cooked chicken breasts in the microwave and I used vegan cheese for a lactose intolerant family member. This is the 2nd time I've made this and I'll keep it in the meal rotation.
This was quick to make and very good. I also used chicken I had from the night before. It was my first time using phyllo and I had no problems with it. I served it with a green salad. Good meal for game night.

Wow just made these and they are delicious! I chopped chicken I made from day before. It was my first time using phyllo, which as I was making it I thought I'd never use it again, until I ate it.....so GOOD!
Delicious! Subbed co-Jack cheese as that's what I had on hand and it was great!
Excellent....I am not a fan of swiss cheese so I used mozzarella instead.
