This recipe was simple and very delicious! I served it without the optional pasta. It really doesn't need it. I used frozen steamable cut green beans and steamed them in the microwave, drained them, and then proceeded with directions. When I added the green beans to the skillet, I seasoned them with salt and garlic pepper.
Good, nice change of pace from the usual steamed green beans.
