Chinese Hot Mustard

  • 1/4 cup ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil


  • In a small bowl, combine the mustard, sugar and salt. Stir in water and oil until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
