We aren't vegans so I would probably add a little butter. This sounds SO much better than the sweet potato recipes that are overloaded with sugar and miniature marshmallows.
I liked the citrus taste with the sweet potatoes. They did not have any butter which made them more healthy. Will make again.
This was a different way to prepare sweet potatoes.
