I loved this type of vinaigrette but I put fresh lemon juice in and it was delicious.
just...ewwww.was not a hit. not sure what could be done to improve it. ended up just dumping it.
It was good I left out the Dijon Mustard

This dressing was awesome! What a nice change from your usual German creamy/herby/heavy dressing.... I added abit of salt, and mayo to help it stick together.. Served it on a platter with mandarin oranges and sunflower seeds on top and it looked awesome. Fresh and light, just in time for summer!
