Classic Macaroni Salad

Delish! Made a pound of elbow macaroni so increased the other ingredients accordingly. Creamy and delicious....made it for a backyard barbecue and everyone loved it. I also used 6 hard boiled eggs - chopped five of them and mixed them into the salad and saved one for garnish. Easy to put together and definitely a keeper!

Loved it. For my tastes added 1/4 cup of roasted red pepper, used 1 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, put the carrots into pasta water the last 3 minutes of cooking and real mayonnaise. Will definitely put this in my rotation.
I prepared the macaroni salad with regular mayo, yellow mustard, added 3 chopped boiled eggs with the macaroni and veggies and omitted the sugar. Turned out great ! Thanks
Delicious salad, except of course with this Virus going around I haven't been to the store . I used a little bit of chives from my garden instead of onions,real sugar, regular mustard and a little dill pickle juice, and added a couple more eggs. Best macaroni salad in a long time! I cooked 3 cups of large elbow mac also. Thanks for the recipe :)

Ever since I was a kid, Classic Macaroni Salad never had "egg" in it. Plus we did not have "FAT FREE" mayonnaise either.
Quick and easy, used real sugar and threw in some cucumber... Will make again
