- 2 quarts cold 2% or whole milk
- 1 cup Eclipse coffee syrup
- In a large pitcher, mix milk and coffee syrup until blended.
To make your own coffee milk syrup: Brew 1/2 cup finely ground coffee with 2 cups cold water in a coffeemaker. Combine brewed coffee and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan; simmer until reduced by half, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate until cold or up to 2 weeks. Use as directed. Yield: 1 cup syrup
