Country-Style Barbecue Ribs
These get a good sear under the broiler, then go into the slow cooker to become fall-apart tender. Enjoy them with great sides, or shredded on a bun. Either way, they're the most amazing ribs you'll ever have. —Shannon Copley, Upper Arlington, Ohio

We didn't really care for these at all, maybe it was the bbq sauce I used. At 4 hours they were done but not very tender.
This was a hit with the family. My spouse took leftovers for lunch and said that it was even better the next day. I substituted coke for beer but am going to try that next time!
