Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups refrigerated fully cooked barbecued shredded pork
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until pepper is crisp-tender.
