So easy to prepare and delicious! Made this for lunch. We had ours with crackers this time, since that's what we had on hand, but next time will try with croissants. Very tasty crab salad and we loved the cheddar cheese mixed in. Will definitely make this again. Great summertime lunch or appetizer!

This crab salad was tasty and very easy. We served it on whole wheat hamburger buns because that's what we had but it would be excellent on croissants too.

This was really easy to make and had a wonderful flavor. I also used green onions. I will be using this one again.

We love this recipe! Very easy to make. I have substituted green onions, and if I don't have celery, I omit it. Still tastes fabulous. I usually add more cheese to the recipe

My husband I both really love this. We always eat it on regular buns or bread.

This was pretty good; a nice, easy dinner for hot sticky weather.

My favorite summertime sandwich. Easy to lighten up too with low-fat mayo/cheese and thin buns, although the croissants are a nice indulgence sometimes!
