Cranberry Walnut Bread
This family favorite comes from a collection of Amish recipes. I gave the recipe to several friends, and everyone loves it. Loaded with cranberries, nuts and cinnamon flavor, it's perfect for fall and winter.

I made this as the recipes asked. I had no problems with it. It turned out great.
I followed the recipe with no changes. The walnuts clumped together and there is no sign of the cranberries. Any reason why this would happen?
Very good. Moist and very easy. Wasn’t sure if I was to use bread maker yeast or regular yeast...I used bread maker yeast and it worked well.
I made this bread last weekend for 10 breakfast guests and they all loved it. Two guests asked for the recipe. I have made this bread for Thanksgiving morning toast and the bread goes wonderfully for turkey sandwiches. I'm about to make it again for my hosts this weekend. I have always had nice results with any recipe I've used from Taste of Home!!!!
Fantastic bread. I needed to add extra liquid as well. Hubby loves it! I sub pecans for walnuts. Makes great toast.
The first time I made this was in my bread machine. Had to add extra liquid as dough was way too stiff. Turned out delicious. I also add a tablespoon of orange zest. I now double the recipe and make in my kitchen aid mixer and proceed as with any bread dough. One loaf just isn't enough. My husband loves it.
