1 cup Miracle Whip Light
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
3 tablespoons fat-free milk
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions
