Creamy Chicken and Pasta

This made a good and fast dinner. We enjoyed it and I'll make it again.
Very easy and delicious! I added extra mushrooms and left out the capers. Followed another suggestion and added extra Parmesan cheese to the chicken mixture. I did not add the pasta to the sauce but let each person decide how much pasta and sauce they wanted. Also added some ricotta to each bowl after served. Yum! Definitely a keeper recipe!
Excellent recipe! I used shredded pork instead of chicken and added an extra cup on heavy cream. I also mixed 2 cups of parmesan cheese into the pan with the noodles and pork and let it mix in with everything. Left out the mushrooms, capers, and green onions because of allergies and dislike.
Really good for a simple dinner with just garlic bread on the side. I made this exactly as written except for leaving out the mushrooms because I don't like them.
Loved it. Didn't use the capers and added mushrooms and broccoli. Was very good.
I rarely comment on recipes but I had to this time. The capers completely ruined this for me! Unless you know for sure that you LOVE them....dont do it! I made it a second time because I had all the stuff....and it was delish. I threw in a few handfuls of dried cranberries and pumpkin pie spice and it was amazing!
